Minna Lindholm, MSc (Tech), EMBA and Managing Director of HiQ Finland and HiQ Poland, will join the Executive Board as a new member. Managing Director Nermin Hairedin will step down from the Board.

SOK’s Chief Executive Officer Hannu Krook will continue as the chair of the Executive Board. According to SOK’s rules, the CEO of SOK acts as the chair of the Executive Board. Harri Miettinen, Managing Director of the Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa cooperative, will continue as the vice-chair.

“I welcome Minna to SOK's Executive Board. I want to also sincerely thank Nermin for her significant contribution to the Board’s work. When she started in 2019, she was the first member to join the Executive Board from outside S Group. In many ways, the past seven years have been a time of transformation and renewal of the operating environment.
