SOK’s Chief Executive Officer Hannu Krook will continue as the chair of the executive board. According to SOK’s rules, the CEO of SOK must act as the chair of the executive board. Harri Miettinen, managing director of the Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa cooperative, will continue as the vice chair of the executive board.

Juha Riikola, managing director of the Etelä-Karjalan Osuuskauppa cooperative, will start as a new member. Juha Kivelä, managing director of the Pohjois-Karjalan Osuuskauppa cooperative, will retire from SOK’s board.

Juha is a veritable standard bearer for the cooperative movement who has always emphasised the core values that underpin our operations and their importance to our co-op members,” says Timo Santavuo, chair of SOK’s supervisory board.
