SOK’s Chief Executive Officer Hannu Krook will continue as the chair of the executive board. According to SOK’s rules, the CEO of SOK must act as the chair of the executive board. Harri Miettinen, managing director of the Kymi Region Cooperative Society, was chosen as the vice chair of the executive board.
The new members joining SOK’s executive board are Antti Heikkinen, managing director of the Turku Cooperative Society, and Katri Harra-Salonen, Chief Digital Officer (ICT and development) of Kojamo plc. Previous members Olli Vormisto, managing director of the Hämeenmaa Cooperative Society, and Rita Järventie-Thesleff, professor at the Aalto University School of Business, will be resigning from the executive board.

Antti and Katri’s business expertise and experience in digital transformation and customer management will increase our capacity to respond to the increasingly competitive market in the trade sector,” says Timo Santavuo, chair of SOK’s supervisory board.
