Timo Santavuo will continue as Chair of SOK’s Supervisory Board, with Jarkko Rautaoja continuing as First Vice Chair. Mathias Kivikoski, Managing Director of Varuboden-Osla, will assume the role of Second Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board.

Panu Ruoste, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Suur-Seutu Cooperative Society (SSO), and Toni Eklund, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Turku Cooperative Society, have started as new members of SOK’s Supervisory Board.

Mika Rantanen, former Chair of the Supervisory Board of Turku Cooperative Society, and Tapio Finér, Managing Director of Suur-Seutu Cooperative Society (SSO), have left the Supervisory Board. Otherwise, the composition of SOK’s Supervisory Board remains unchanged.

Changes in the composition of SOK’s Executive Board

At the meeting of SOK’s Supervisory Board held on 28 April following the cooperative meeting, Tapio Finér, Managing Director of Suur-Seutu Cooperative Society (SSO), was elected as a new member of SOK’s Executive Board.

Harri Miettinen, who has served on the Executive Board since 2021, requested to step down from his position following his retirement from the role of Managing Director of Kymi Region Cooperative Society. Antti Määttä, Managing Director of Keskimaa Cooperative Society, was elected as Vice Chair of SOK’s Executive Board, succeeding Miettinen.
