According to the bylaws of SOK, the CEO shall act as Chairman of the Executive Board of SOK. As Hannu Krook becomes Chairman, Kimmo Simberg, Managing Director, Etelä-Pohjanmaan Osuuskauppa cooperative, replaces him as Vice Chairman. Harri Miettinen, Managing Director of Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa cooperative, is a new Member of the Executive Board.
