Matti Pikkarainen elected as chairman of SOK's Supervisory Board

SOK Corporation's cooperative meeting was held in Helsinki on 25 April 2013. Dean Matti Pikkarainen was elected as the chairman of SOK's Supervisory Board. Mr. Pikkarainen replaces the former chairman, Industrial Counsellor Otto Mikkonen. Mr. Mikkonen continues as a member of the Supervisory Board.Mr. Pikkarainen has been a member of Cooperative Society Arina's Supervisory Board since 2002 and its chairman since 2004. In addition, he has held numerous other positions of trust, including several in the fields of municipal administration and sports.Matti Pikkarainen is a Doctor of Theology. He works as the Dean of the Oulu Evangelical Lutheran parish union.
