When we talk about ordinary jobs, we are not downplaying the work or the people who do it. Quite the opposite! For us, ordinary jobs involve meeting a wide range of customers, handling peak periods and adapting to rapidly changing situations. But we believe work should be described as it really is: honestly, recognizably and without unnecessary embellishment. In other words, in an ordinary way. We carry, unload, clean and cook. We teach and learn working-life skills. And it is precisely in that ordinary, smoothly functioning everyday working life that happiness can be found. We also have a few rather exceptional things. Yes in some cases. You can apply for many jobs at S Group without previous work experience, and you will receive onboarding for the job. However, some roles require previous experience, relevant education or specific professional skills.

Can you work at S Group if you are under 18?

S Group sometimes offers job opportunities for people under 18. Most regional cooperatives and companies have separate summer job application processes for applicants under 18 and those aged 18 and over. You can also complete TET work experience or other internships that are part of your studies with us. You can ask about TET and internship placements directly at a store, restaurant or hotel.
