SOK’s Executive Board for 2021 appointed
The Supervisory Board of SOK (Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta) has appointed SOK’s Executive Board for the year 2021. Hannu Krook, the new CEO of SOK, is also the new Chairperson of the Executive Board.
According to the bylaws of SOK, the CEO shall act as Chairman of the Executive Board of SOK. As Hannu Krook becomes Chairman, Kimmo Simberg, Managing Director, Etelä-Pohjanmaan Osuuskauppa cooperative, replaces him as Vice Chairman. Harri Miettinen, Managing Director
